Welcome to Trinity Dumpling

“ During lunchtime when returning to work in Central, I went to eat with friends. We ordered the set lunch, which consisted of three different categories of dumplings, main dishes, and snacks. The price ranged from $58 to $74, and we chose two orders of dumplings. Compared to other restaurants in Central, it was more cost-effective. We ordered two sets, and each set included two orders of dumplings, for a total of four orders of dumplings. The set lunch cost $74 per set. ”

“ A small dumpling shop in the middle of the street which is hidden behind the stalls, a bit difficult to locate but i was finally there! Very busy at lunch time. It is cozy inside, like a cafe more than a dumpling restaurant. The decorative lighting are very cute! It offers both dumpling soup and fried dumpling, to go with noodles and a appetizer, drink, that’s a very big set for lunch! I had the pork dumpling soup and hot noodles, the chili paste added to it was yummy!! The dumplings are fair size but filling full! The appetizer i picked was the Japanese oden, the soul base is sweet and the food fully absorbed the taste, also the half cooked egg was very good! Love the dumplings here and it also offers raw dumplings to buy away! lovely ”

“ A hidden little dumpling shop in Central, their special soup dumplings reminded me of a sukiyaki broth mixed with Chinese oyster sauce which was surprisingly light which was the best dish among what we ordered. Udon was also very Japanese flavoured whilst the pan fried dumplings were crispy but couldn't tell the flavours between the ones we ordered. For the location prices were very reasonable but a little bit hard to find. ”

“ Delicious dumplings, especially deep fired dumplings, very crispy. Reasonable price, just only $68 can enjoy a 3 course set meal. Portion quite big that more enough for ladies. Nice dinning environment, there are some meaningful pictures posted in the restaurant, worth to have a look. ”

“ Waited for 20+ minutes for a seat during peak hours (which is pretty normal during lunch hours). Ordered a combo of rice noodle in bonito fish soup with spicy sauce + coriander dumplings. Both were nice. Although the seats are jam packed in the small space, but service was unexpected good. Overall a happy meal. ”

“ Awesome service, delicious food. Small shop, but clean. Central prices. Portions decent despite my inhibitions. The dumplings are very good. The chicken wings are juicy, not sure how they'd do it but I had expected the wings to have more rice wine flavour to it. Slightly let down for their +16 dollars mark. The rice is a dirty bowl of sin, I got it cause I had it a lot as a kid. But please go for the udon like everyone else ”

“ Love the nice presentation of the dishes, the dumplings ate yummy too. Always support the local community and you can tell these young people working very hard on their every dishes. Definitely a thumb up. Go Hongkongers Go! ”

“ Been here several times, these young people are super innovative and filled with passion. I like the dumplings with chives and garlic, but there are options with ginger, cilantro, even truffles. They no longer serve deep fried dumplings, but the boiled and pan fried are really good. They also offer raw dumplings for home cooking. ”
